Homework: 3/21

1. Find THREE examples of self-portraits you think are engaging and effective (you do not need to limit yourself to "traditional" fine art formats, but you need not exclude them either). Post these, with name of artist, media (um) and date to blog. If it is performative, street art, anonymous, or otherwise without such labels, tell us where and when you found it.

2. I will be checking homework next week! Make sure you are caught up on ALL of your homework, in notebook and on the blog! Anything not posted to blog will not be considered, though is helpful for you personally.

3. Start working on your SELF PORTRAIT project. They are due 4/9. I will email you about your blog postings for the COMPOSITE PROJECTS. They are due a week from the date they are posted.

BRING IN YOUR DRAWING PAD, LAST PIECE OF BLACK PAPER, AND SET OF COLORED DRAWING UTENSILS (pastels, colored pencils, etc). WE WILL BE STARTING WITH COLOR NEXT WEEK.
